October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month so here at The Chace, we will be taking part in ‘Wear it Pink’ for the day on Friday 23rd October. The staff and residents will be encouraged to wear as much pink as possible and make a donation if they wish to. We’re going to decorate our home with pink balloons and as much pink as possible and the residents will also be making and decorating pink cakes and biscuits. Delicious with a cup of tea!
All funds raised throughout October mean Breast Cancer Care can provide its specialist nurses, local services and vital emotional support network for free to those who need it.
